Key Responsibilities |
|
|
Project Management of Technology Enablement
- BPO projects;
Identifying Risk & Plan Mitigation measures;
Project tracking, reporting & communication to stakeholders;
Implement technology solutions & obtain signoff from the
business/onshore team upon delivery;
Carry out system/user acceptance testing & document
results;
Prepare support plan for operations in stable state; obtain signoff from
service delivery lead of the project & delivery centre IT lead;
Prepare IT DR (Disaster Recovery) plan & implement BCP/DR capability;
Prepare & track steady state IT budget for the project;
Provide tactical input on broader technology needs & concerns of deals
and centre;
Participate in client IT audits at the delivery
centre;
Ensure ongoing compliance to various certifications such as eSCM,
ISO27001 etc.;
Review the technology optimization opportunities periodically;
Evaluate draft Performance Reports, and supply input to the Service
Performance section of the unit’s Performance Reports;
Assist in the development of contract changes, Operational Level
Agreements, and Service Level Agreements, which are ultimately approved
by Unit Management. |

Required Experience/Skills |

【Academic
Degree】 Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience
required. |

Over all 6 Years of Experience in
IT Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure Management, Network Management,
Design, System Integration;
4+ years of experience in design / System Integration of LANs/WANs and
Application technologies with IT/ITES companies;
3+ years of strong experience in connectivity options, Service Level
agreements, BCP/DR solutions and market benchmarks on pricing;
3+ Years of strong experience in Systems/Network (LAN&WAN), Performance
management and security solutions will be an added advantage. Ability to
manage resources within time and budget is a key challenge;
3+ years of strong experience in Customer Facing Role;
Strong Knowledge of Team Management, Account Management, Excellent
knowledge of BPO Specific Business Units, IT Service Delivery, IT
Infrastructure Management, Customer Management, Escalations Management. |
