Required Experience/Skills |
|
【Academic Degree】 · Major in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering |
|
【Computer Skills】 · Familiar with ISO standards and procedures |

【Languages】 · Must be (fluent) bilingual Chinese/English |

【Other】
·Strong managerial quality managing technical staff
·Familiar with electronic design and production
·Knowledge of design concepts such as concurrent engineering, design for assembly (DFA), design for manufacturability (DFM), design for six sigma (DFSS), FMEA, TRIZ, etc.
·Knowledge of manufacturing concepts such as 7 basic quality tools, lean six sigma, Theory of constraints (TOC), Value Stream Analysis (VSA), data planning &analysis, etc.
·Corrective action and root cause analysis
·Minimum of 10 years experience of which no less than 5 years are in management areas. |
