	Key Responsibilities
	· Direct customer quotation requirements. Interface with Quotation Group during the quotation process to ensure all cost Bills of Material are competitive, support the defined supply chain strategy and minimize Epoch exposure to inventory not in line with quoted pricing · Work closely with the engineers, inbound inspections, sales team and assembly operators to ensure the Equipment projects on-time execution from R&D to shipment to the final customer and ensure an excellent material planning, quality and on time delivery of all the parts, escalating supplier issues to the supply chain manager · Work with the Supply chain manager and the incoming quality inspector to evaluate supplier performances based on on-time delivery, quality and other requirements · Work with cross-functional team located in multiple places including outside China to check status of delivery from suppliers, quality etc. · Support the Supply chain manager in program for cost reduction and productivity improvements such as: ERP implementation, Process re-engineering, Customer/Supplier integration, process standardization
	Required Experience/Skills
	【Academic Degree】 · Engineering background preferably mechanical
	【Computer Skills】 Work experience with Excel, and ERP package is a plus.
	【Languages】 Excellent written and verbal communication ability in Chinese and fluency in English.
	【Other】 · A minimum of 2 years of experience in Purchasing organization or Engineering, with proven exposure to the following areas: · Experience in material planning, sourcing, inventory management and cost control (1-2 years) · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage projects effectively · Strong sense of ethics and desire to comply to the company code of ethics · Experienced negotiating skills specific to achieving favorable prices and service · Strong organization, planning, tactical execution abilities
