Key Responsibilities |
|
|
Daily
administration/maintenance of store Computer Systems
Training IT end users.
Decrease the number of IT incidents
IT security
Knowledge provider
To be the contact person for all internal/external IT operations
Ensure that all IT related systems and applications are available as
required
Manage administration of computer systems and daily countrywide IT
operation routines
Correctly label and identify IT equipment
Maintain/update hardware checklist
System backup operations
Monitor all fault reporting to designed specification and requirements
User administration is maintained to ensure all users are current and
have the appropriate access and passwords.
Ensure that security rules and guidelines, Information Security Policy
are known and adhered to in the store.
Ensure installation of new hardware is in accordance with procedure and
the installation of software and software updates are performed in a
timely manner.
Ensure all system upgrades are tested and checked according to
procedures.
Ensure routines have been adhered to in accordance with established
Administration Support Retail and IT services requirements.
Ensure IT operations handbooks and procedures are available in the
latest versions.
Support the Operations Manager in securing business continuity plan for
IT areas.
Train users in basic PC, printer, and fault handling
Monitor the level of system knowledge in accordance with requirements.
Assist in introductory training of user in ICC basic applications
Assist in determining if the systems meet user requirements and forward
recommendations to the appropriate persons
Ensure System administration is operated in accordance with
specification and requirements
Ensure training facilities are available when required
Assist as required in the roll-out of new or altered IT solutions. |
